The apartment is in Rue Rambuteau, in the historical and trendy Marais area (4th arrondissement, Paris) – five minutes walk from the Centre Pompidou and within comfortable walking distance to the beautiful Renaissance’s Place de Vosges and further the Opera Bastille. Certainly also within walking distance to the Musées Picasso and Carnavalet (history of Paris) and further west Le Grand Louvre, Le Louvre des Antiquaire (hundreds of antique shops of any item), La Comédie-Française and the Palais Royal’s elegant galeries and gardens. In other words the flat is in the heart of Paris.

The flat - non smoking non pets - is located on 2nd floor, with elevator, facing the street in a typical 19th century “Marais – style” house. Its size is 50 m2 and all windows have double insulated glazing.

It is a three-room flat consisting of entrance hall, two bedrooms – one with a double queen-size bed (a foldable baby bed is also available) and a second room, directly connected to the livingroom through double doors, with a sofa convertible to a large double bed or two separate single beds. The flat has a separate kitchen and comfortable bathroom/toilet.

Each bedroom has generous wardrobes, one with electric Corby trouser press, and also in the corridor there are ample wardrobe and storingspace.
